My dad’s painting. It’s a pastel. The officers’ house. We lived in the officers’ house from birth. He painted in pastels. It’s from the ’90s. His paintings are of the city, and of places that no longer exist. Dad was a wonderful artist. He studied from the Kukryniksy, at the amateur club with Kronid Alexandrovich Gogolev.
I became an artist because my dad was. I like it very much.
