‘After her’ is a photo book based on my photo project ‘After her’, whch I made in memory of my Grandma.

About a year after she passed away, my family and I moved into the apartment where she lived. We started renovating the apartment, but I soon felt that it was painful to part with every piece of furniture or thing that reminded me of my Grandma and my childhood — and I started taking photographs of these things to keep them at least that way.

The photo book consists of 25 cards under one cover. Each card has a photograph of an object on the front side and a story about the object on the back side.
With this book I want to tell about my Grandma’s life and the childhood I spent with her.
In 2024, I self published the first edition of the photo book, consisting of 20 copies.
